This charitable company was incorporated on 25 November 2010 and commenced trading on 1 April 2011.

Our company details

The company’s objectives in the deliverance of leisure and culture services are defined in the Articles of Association. Services are delivered from three leisure centres (including pavilions); eight libraries, a museum, an art gallery and an arts centre.
The annual report and financial statements comply with the Companies Act 2006, the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 and the Charities Accounts (Scotland) Regulations 2006 (as amended).
