Gymnastics for 18 months to 3 years old

In the 18 months to 3 years class parents stay with their children and engage in lots of fun activities with each other.

This class includes songs and music as well as free play with small toys and apparatus with lots of climbing fun on the large apparatus.

Skills Gained:

• Confidence around gymnastics environment
• Balance, co-ordination and spatial awareness
• Help with following directions

Gymnastics for children aged 18 months to 5 years

These classes are aimed at developing social and practical skills such as balance, co-ordination, strength and flexibility. They also enable children to develop creativity while interacting with other children in a fun, safe environment. Specific areas include:

• Listening skills
• Increased confidence
• Spatial awareness
• Balance, co-ordination, strength and flexibility
• Integration & interaction with other children
• Developing creativity and imagination through play
