To book a class visit our booking portal or download and book via our app.

We allow ages 14+ to attend all fitness classes with the exception of Body Pump, Body Attack, Body Combat, Body Balance Pilates, Yoga and Kettlebells. Spin would depend on participants leg length. 

When attending group fitness classes please ensure that you arrive on time for your class. If an advanced booking is not taken up 5 minutes prior to the class start time, reception staff will re-allocate it to customers waiting to access the class.
